Refund policy

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We want you to be completely happy with your Trugard order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective products. Used products cannot be returned. Returned products should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. A restocking fee of $5.00 per item may apply if your products are returned for any other reason than a defective product. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Orders that experience delays in delivery by more than two business days will be granted an extended return period. Delivery delays must be noted on the tracking history by the courier. As always special circumstances arise and we are more than happy to work with you in those instances. Please contact our office for these instances.

RETURNING PRODUCTS AFTER 30 DAYS

We will continue to accept returns up to the 60-day mark (effective 1/1/2025) for an exchange or a Trugard credit on your account. Returns submitted after 30 days will not receive a standard cash/card refund. Returns after 60 days will not be accepted.

RETURNS PROCESS

If your product is being returned due to a defect please contact our office for a prepaid shipping label. Please allow 1-2 business days for Trugard to process your return after it is received. To expedite the returns process call or email us at support@trugarddirect.com with your return request, order date, and order number.
